Introduction SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP hybris) as strategic overall solution
Challenge
The challenge lay in consolidating a large number of disparate systems and establishing uniform processchains while taking into account the various requirements of the different areas within the group. Additionally, at least five different service providers had to be coordinated, and new print and CCMS systems had to be selected and implemented across all departments.
Our Approach
The analysis and recommendations for action resulted in the suggestion of establishing a homogeneous data model and cross-departmental processes. An agile project management approach was adopted, involving participants from all departments, to ensure transparency regarding project progress.
